Nigeria Corona Virus Record Hits 8000+ Cases As Imo State Witnesses A Sudden Rise In Figure
Nigeria is currently feeling the heat of the novel virus as she records more than 8000 confirmed cases of the virus.
The Country through it's agency confirmed 8134 cases of the virus, with 2311 discharged cases, and 233 deaths.
Below are the number of affected states in the country with their respective figures:

Lagos which has a record of (90), Kastina has (27), Imo States records it's
first high with (26), Kano down with (23), FCT records (14), Plateau has (12),
Ogun has (9), Delta records (7), where Borno and Rivers shares the same
figure (5), Oyo records (4), Gombe record (3), Osun has (3), Anambra and Bayelsa records 1 each.

In the need to ensure maximum compliance and full adherence to the outlined guidance to PTFCOVID protocol against mass gatherings, the President in a press release will observe the Eid prayers at home with his family.
According to the President in a recent tweet said "Even as we mark the successful end of the Ramadan, and the commemoration of Eid-el-Fitri, we are doing so mindful of the times we are in.
Let us continue to reflect on the lessons and virtues of this season, and sustain them beyond the celebrations. I wish you all Eid mubarak" He said.
This was done according to the directives from the Sultan of Sokoto who halted Eid Congregational prayers all over the Country to avoid wide of the virus.
