Premier League Side To Resume It's Activities Come September 12



The Premier League which starts off it's campaign August through May of every season according to the football governing law as well as body.

According to Premierleague.com, shareholders making up the locally

played league announced that it's resumption come September 12.

"Premier League Shareholders today agreed to start the 2020/21 Premier League season on 12 September 2020.

"The final match round of the campaign will take place on 23 May 2021.


Meanwhile, different clubs making up the England local league has revealed it's football attire for the upcoming campaign. Clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal, Bournemouth FC, Leceister City, Everton, Man City, Southampton, WestHam United among others.

While working on their campaign through launching of new kits, which involves home and away kits, they are also bent on new signings and likely manager replacements. Rumours of transfer windows are also making wave round the media with most clubs been engaged.

Manchester United has explicitly confirmed its retention and extension of its striker Odion Ighalo. The Nigerian International based striker has been on loan over a year from Shanghai Shenhua to Man U.

Announcing this through the clubs media platform, the manager expressed his desire to retain the Shanghai play maker especially on the basis of the upcoming trophy challenges. "They [Shanghai Greeland Shenhua] have been great towards us, allowing him to play for his dream club. It's been a dream for him and hopefully he can finish what he started and win a trophy with us" the managed said.

Odion Ighalo has been a great and motivating factor especially on goal scoring, with the Old Trafford occupying the third position on the league's table. His loan deal slated to be terminated around 31st May, is now scheduled till Jan 30th, 2021.

Furthermore, the Shareholders went on to announce its partnership in due consultation with other top football governing body in England on the reshuffling in with regards to competition timing. "The Premier League will continue to consult the FA and EFL regarding the scheduling of all domestic competitions.” they announced.

Other clubs involved in the transfer deal including Aston Villa, Arsenal, Chelsea, Burnley, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Sheffield United, Newcastle United, and many more, with Liverpool and Man City non exceptional.

Preparations across different clubs will heighten with the recent development about the local leagues resolved by the shareholders to commence in the next few months. Premier league is played about 380 times before the competition finally draws to an end.
