Wife of Ondo State Governor, Betty Denies Been Harassed By Security Agents

Ondo first lady denies police harassment
The wife of the Ondo State Governor, Mrs. Betty Akeredolu has denied ever been involved in any security harassment at the Polling Unit in Owo LGA of the State earlier today. A video showing security personnel shooting sporadically and chasing a man has been attributed to today's election, which involves the first lady of the state said to be injured in the doctored video.

According to an interview with her, she debunked the news, termed it as fake and handwork of mischief

makers who wants to tarnish their image and dent their reputations. 

Meanwhile, vote casting at different polling units has ended and counting begins across the 18 Local Government  Areas of the State. Several irregularities have been recorded across the state both by the PDP and APC thugs.

The aired video was said to be a video of PDP's Senatorial Primary election in Delta State televised by the Channels TV. The Channels also termed the video as fake and was never part of the election coverage.

In another attempt, the Zenith Labour Party has also tagged as fake a press release by its governorship candidate, Agboola Ajayi. The dated letter claimed that Agboola and his running mate have quitted from the race due to certain reasons known to him.

The party says its candidates are not backing down or resign from the race it's winning ultimately, reassures its members that the duo is still in the race.
