WAEC Announces 2020 Result, Says 86% Obtained Credit

The West African Examination Council on Monday announced the release of 2020 results. Speaking during a press release, the head of the Nigeria National Office of WAEC, Patrick E. Areghan told newsmen that the supposed April 6th Exam which was prevented by the COVID19 but was later written on August 17th through September 12th, 2020.

According to Patrick, about 1,549,740 registered for the exam from 19,129 Secondary Schools across the country. Out of the total number that for the exam, about 86.99% obtained credit with or without English and Mathematics in five subjects, he says.
